The Association

The Traditional Ng Ga Kuen Association (known as “The Association”) is a members-only association that was created mainly to establish rules, regulations, and policies to be followed by its members and their Schools to continue teaching the authentic traditional Ng Ga Kuen system.  Currently, GM Seming Ma oversees this Association and will consist of a committee to govern, establish, add, revise or remove rules, regulations, and policies with the approval by GM Seming Ma.  In addition, the Association, will present Certifications to schools, instructors, and high-ranking students and will maintain a record of all Certifications presented that conforms to the Ng Ga Kuen traditional curriculum.

The purpose of forming the Association is to preserve the traditional teaching of the Ng Ga Kuen system fundamentals, forms, concept, theory, philosophy, and kung fu etiquette.  After GM Wong’s passing in 1987, Sifu Seming Ma has continued and is continuing with this tradition.  Under Seming’s direction, members of the Association are dedicated to the practice and teachings of Ng Ga Kuen Kung Fu system in the traditional way incorporating modern methods in its practice, however, maintaining the traditional forms.
