Combination Form

Combination – this form has moves from the 5-families and incorporates a combination of tiger and dragon moves as well, hence the name “Combination”. The Ng Ga Combination Form (合形拳) blends the fierce intensity of tiger techniques with the flowing grace of dragon movements. Rooted in Southern Shaolin tradition, this form showcases powerful, rooted stances that ground each technique with unwavering strength. Swift, precise kicks emerge from stable foundations, delivering explosive energy with each motion. Dynamic shifts of the cross-legs enable rapid directional changes, embodying agility and control. The integration of tiger’s raw force and dragon’s fluidity reflects a harmonious balance of hardness and softness. This form not only challenges the body’s physical limits but also hones the spirit through discipline and mastery.
